OLGV. is Oliviu Lugojan-Ghenciu, architect and motion designer. He splits his time running the 'CtrlArchDel' studio and teaching and holding workshops on time-based media, digital cultures and animative processes in architecture. He runs the Architectural Association's Motion Studio in London.
Oliviu Lugojan-Ghenciu (AADipl. ARB/RIBA2) is a London based architect and motion designer. Graduated from the Architectural Association (AA) School of Architecture, he was awarded both "Nicholas Pozner Prize" and "Glower Bequest Prize". Blurring the border between motion and architecture, with a permanent interest in technology, nature and tomorrow, his work has been exhibited in the United Kingdom, USA, Australia, Japan and Europe.
Oliviu splits his time between running 'CtrlArchDel' studio and teaching and holding workshops on the topic of: time-based media, digital cultures and animative processes in architecture. Projects as GravityONE, an aerial choreography intervening in the militarized airspace of the Australian outback, being featured worldwide in the 2011 edition of OneDotZero festival as well as: Volume Magazine, KERB20, Archizines, Phase 2 Gallery and various on-line and printed publications.
He founded the Architectural Association's Motion studio in 2013.
